RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Looking to make a return or exchange?

No problem! We’re here to help. It will only take a few minutes and you’ll be good to go. We just need your order number, and your email to proceed.

Items must be new and unused to be eligible for a return/exchange.

 

Exchanges

We offer free exchange for all countries within 30 days from the point of delivery. We will provide you with a postage label for your return during the process. Please follow the instructions that we will provide you.

Remember that If you need to change the shipping address for your exchange order, please reach out to us at support@tropicfeel.com before submitting your request.

Please note that we can provide 1 pre-paid exchange label per order.

Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a refund within 30 days from the point of delivery. We can provide 1 partially paid return label per order.

European Union: 9,90€
UK: 10£
America: 25$

Please note that this amount will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Devoluciones

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@scubaloo.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
